Steam System Overview - One Day Program

Mar 26, 2019
Mar 27, 2019
8 Hours
Salt Lake City, UT, USA

The Steam System Overview - One Day Program is a general overview of the steam system for everyone who works with the steam system.

Inveno Engineering uses a Steam Team Group Concept where the attendees work in teams of two or three people per training team. Our instructors will provide the knowledge and demonstrate the knowledge to the class using especially designed “Steam Training Prints”. The training teams will work with steam training prints and complete tasks to exercise the acquired knowledge from the instructors. The Steam Team Group Concept is to insure maximized comprehension of the training course. The Inveno Engineering training course will provide of overview of each subject that is listed in the course outline.

Steam System Components - Design, Operation and Optimization

Apr 16, 2019
Apr 17, 2019
Charlotte, NC, USA

The Process Steam System Component course takes the attendees through all the different steam system components that are used in an industrial steam system.  The course reviews in-depth the most common steam process components such as the shell and tube heat exchangers to the not so common components as the steam accumulators.  Total understanding of each component positive attributes and more important the negative aspects of using each type of steam process component.

Each training group competes to design the best industrial process and HVAC steam system for a typical plant operation. The training groups will be responsible for completing the component selection, sizing, piping layouts, and other important details to meet the process plant requirements.

The Steam Group Training concept has been proven to enhance your understanding by creating an interactive learning environment. Each steam team will use and reference AutoCAD prints of an actual steam system operation to complete tasks that demonstrate the learning objectives.  The Inveno Engineering instructors are available at any time to go further in detail on any subject matter that the attendees would like to have further information or discussions.  The in-depth training manuals that the attendees will received are written by the Inveno Engineering Senior Field Engineers and no materials are provided by manufacturers, therefore providing the attendee with a tremendous reference book for the class and in the future on steam systems.
