Steam Trap Examiner Level I

Sep 19, 2023
Sep 20, 2023
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
TBD
Inveno Engineering, LLC and UE Systems;  Steam Trap Examiner Level I Training is an exciting two-day course that is held at an operating plant that allows the attendees to practice the knowledge gained during the classroom on actual operating steam trap stations.  The course is focused on teaching the proper methodology and techniques used to test steam trap stations for a number of operational conditions. Our senior field instructors will provide the knowledge and demonstrate the methodology for testing steam trap stations and work with each steam team in the field to answer questions and ensure proper testing methods are used on the steam trap station.  The attendees will be trained on all types of testing equipment and methods to ensure that testing results will be 99.5% accurate. The in-depth training manuals that the attendees will receive are written by the Inveno Engineering Senior Field Engineers and no materials are provided by manufacturers, therefore providing the attendee with a tremendous reference book for the class and in the future on steam systems.

Steam System Components - Design, Operation and Optimization

Apr 23, 2024
Apr 24, 2024
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Tampa, FL, USA
The Process Steam System Component course takes the attendees through all the different steam system components that are used in an industrial steam system.  The course reviews in-depth the most common steam process components such as the shell and tube heat exchangers to the not-so-common components as the steam accumulators.  Total understanding of each component's positive attributes and more important the negative aspects of using each type of steam process component. Each training group competes to design the best industrial process and HVAC steam system for a typical plant operation. The training groups will be responsible for completing the component selection, sizing, piping layouts, and other important details to meet the process plant requirements.
