Inveno Engineering, LLC provides Steam System Training classes for all types of industries.  The training classes are designed to deliver field experience and practical knowledge from our Senior Field Engineers to plant personnel who work with or are responsible for steam systems. Our lead instructor(s) have more than 80 years of experience in all aspects of steam systems and they command a wealth of field knowledge. Our Senior Field trainers provided detailed instruction and attendees achieve the in-depth knowledge they need to succeed on the job.

Industrial steam users can select courses to meet their needs from a class menu that contains over 100 subjects which covers a large variety of subjects.

Cleaver-Brooks and Inveno Engineering, LLC offers a two-day Steam training course, covering all aspects of a steam system from the boilers through the distribution, end-users, and finally the condensate return system.  This valuable two-day course incorporates engineering practices, design, best practices, and real-world scenarios to prepare attendees for the most common challenges that impact the reliability, safety, performance, and energy efficiency of steam systems. We utilize our unique steam group concept to enable attendees to learn the same way they solve problems on the job – by helping one another in small groups and sharing ideas on the job floor. This training concept has proven to significantly enhance the knowledge retention and overall learning experience of attendees.

Steam Trap Examiner Level I

Inveno Engineering, LLC and UE Systems;  Steam Trap Examiner Level I Training is an exciting two-day course that is held at an operating plant that allows the attendees to practice the knowledge gained during the classroom on actual operating steam trap stations.  The course is focused on teaching the proper methodology and techniques used to test steam trap stations for a number of operational conditions. Our senior field instructors will provide the knowledge and demonstrate the methodology for testing steam trap stations and work with each steam team in the field to answer questions and ensure proper testing methods are used on the steam trap station.  The attendees will be trained on all types of testing equipment and methods to ensure that testing results will be 99.5% accurate. The in-depth training manuals that the attendees will receive are written by the Inveno Engineering Senior Field Engineers and no materials are provided by manufacturers, therefore providing the attendee with a tremendous reference book for the class and in the future on steam systems.

Swagelok and Inveno Engineering, LLC will be delivering an exciting one-day Steam System Training for Reliability, Safety, and Energy Sustainability.  The one-day course will provide the attendees with knowledge of steam safety, optimization, reliability, and energy efficiency. Swagelok and Inveno Engineering, LLC uses a Steam Team Group Concept where the attendees work in teams of two or three people per training team.  Our instructors will provide the knowledge and demonstrate the knowledge to the class using specially designed “Steam System Training Prints”.  The training teams will work with steam training prints and complete tasks to exercise the acquired knowledge from the instructors.
